PLANT CELL
Plant cells are eukaryotic cells tha vary in several fundamental factors from other eukaryotic organisms. Both plant and animal cell contain a nucleus along with similar organelles. Ons of the distinctive aspects of a plant cell is the presence of a cell wall outside the cell membrane.
PLANT CELL STRUCTURE
Just like different organs within the body, plant cell structure includes various components known as cell organelles that perform different functions to sustain itself.
Vedio
Endoplasmic reticulum
• The passage in the cell. Conduction of materials inside the cell takes place through this organelle.
• Also known as cytoskeleton as it provides firmness and shape to the cell.
• Also known as cytoskeleton as it provides firmness and shape to the cell.
Vacuole
• Covered by a characteristic membrane called tonoplast.
• Stores water, salts, excretory materials etc.
Golgi complex
• Collects cell secretions like enzymes,
hormones, mucous etc..,in small vesicles.
• Seen in plenty in glandular cells.
